PROJECT LIST

Our project list is extensive and includes installations carried out in prestigious buildings for internationally high profile organisations. We have included details of only a selection of the diverse range of projects we have successfully completed.

Bank of New York
Harbour Exchange Docklands

The project involved fitting out approx. 120,000 square feet of offices and computer suites for the Computer Centre and Support Department of an American-based bank. As well as providing new lighting and power, the accommodation, spread over four linked buildings, required individual incomers, a single source generator and a 3 UPS back-up system.

The Minories London

The redevelopment of this occupied 1930's Grade 1 listed building required the complete overhaul of the electrical infrastructure. New lighting and power was incorporated into the building during the refurbishment of all eight floors and included a new sub-station and distribution system.

Poplar 
East London

One of several switching stations required by a high-tech telecom company. The installation of the power supply into the building’s two sub-stations required close co-operation with the Electricity Board in order to divert two of the area’s main rings. Further power back up was provided by two generators and a UPS system.

The restack of the UK Headquarters of a global entertainments organisation called for modifications to the lighting and power systems throughout the building, carried out successfully to a demanding programme. The scheme also included the construction of a new AV and Presentation Suite.

BP Chemicals
Processing Plant & Laboratories Sunbury

The works to the processing plant involved the installation of new lighting and power, utilising the existing busbar system. The plant was relocated from Geneva and incorporated into the works. The lighting and power in the laboratory were overhauled and included specialist safety systems in the more hazardous areas.

Victoria Street London

Restack of existing installation to include new lighting and power outlets at the UK Headquarters of an American bank. Works to the eight floors included a dealers’ operation, computer suites, UPS systems, and high specification meeting rooms and boardrooms with dimming control.

Transco
Hinckley Site Leicestershire

The Administration Centre for billing and the control of gas distribution was refurbished with new lighting power distribution units and distribution boards. The computer suites were backed up by generators and UPS systems with computer-controlled synchronisation.

The Ark Hammersmith

Set in one of London’s most eye-catching buildings, the contract involved the installation of a new high-quality lighting scheme, new mains panels and modifications to the fire alarm. The lighting was controlled by a computer-driven energy management system. A further enhancement to the working environment was achieved by the installation of sound masking equipment in the open meeting areas.

*Alcatel Systems* Silvertown Value: £ 150,000	-	Installation of new mains distribution system, UPS and generator to this e.commerce hub.
*Four Square Mars* Basingstoke Value: £ 60,000	-	Upgrade to electrical services in the factory and offices for the Vending Division of Mars Group.
*Norden Farm Arts Centre* Maidenhead Value: £ 480,000	-	Installation of new lighting and power in the theatre conversion and new extension.

*Virgin Bride* Northumberland Avenue Value: £ 180,000	-	Completed in only 9 weeks, this fit-out included a high-quality lighting system to the display and catwalk areas.
*Gap Shop* Oxford Street Value: £ 120,000	-	Strip-out and fit-out of prestige London site including new mains, power and specialist lighting.
*Stratstone Motors* Piccadilly Value: £ 70,000	-	Refurbishment of a quality car showroom while client in occupation included a low energy lighting display.
*Star and Garter Public House* Wimbledon Value: £ 50,000	-	Refurbishment of public house with new mains and lighting scheme.
