Our extensive commitment to managing our resources enables us to provide a highly efficient service and to keep our reputation at the forefront of technology.  The standard and quality of our engineering product has been enhanced by innovative staff training and on-going investment in plant, equipment and advanced information technology.

Premises

Our premises, in Eastcote, West London, house our operations support departments and storage facilities and form the headquarters of our UK operations.  Situated in the Heathrow corridor close to road, rail and air links, it is an ideal location for communication and access into the markets we serve and in particular London and the South East.

People

People are the most important part of our business and it has long been our commitment to employ the best, developing their core skills through training and motivation.  Opportunities exist to progress to Board level and it is not uncommon to find fathers and sons working together.  As a result, staff turnover is extremely low.  By treating people as individuals, encouraging them to learn and progress, we ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the Company.

Training

We work closely with our industry governing body, the JIB, in training our apprentices to nationally-set standards.  Our four-year apprenticeship scheme, widely considered as one of the best in the industry, leads to the NVQ and City and Guilds Qualification, through a structured course of on-site and college-based learning.  Once qualified, our electricians are encouraged to advance to technician or management level through higher studies gaining more specialist and advanced skills.  We currently have engineers studying Design, Management, Test and Inspection, and Electrical Engineering, some of which are at Higher National Level. We are proud of our achievements in the Training Field and in 2007 one of our apprentices won the Industry's National award as the best apprentice.

Procurement

The management of our supply chain is fundamental to the quality of the finished product and is carefully controlled and assessed.
By closely working with our partners in the wholesale supply of components and specialist manufacturers, we ensure that there is a continuous feedback of information to ensure that the quality, delivery and technical standards of the materials we procure meet our exact requirements.

Management

The Company has two Directors who are also the shareholders of the business.
Both are closely involved with the day-to-day running of the business, giving clients the security of dealing with a Senior Manager who is aware of the issues and will be able to respond quickly and efficiently.

Information Technology

Our computer facility is served by a network system based on Windows NT and allows the office-based staff access to all the IT applications.  Our policy of continuous improvement and our commitment to investing in the most up-to-date software means that our systems not only provide a full accounting, site costing, valuation and estimating service but also have the facility for computer aided design and technical verification.  Our Estimating is backed by software which is widely considered to be the brand leader in our Industry.
