 In 46 years of providing electrical engineering services to commercial organisations, Trilectric has gained experience in construction and maintaining electrical systems in a wide range of buildings.  We have worked closely with our partners in the construction process in producing high-quality installations for organisations in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors.  Our clients include main contractors, builders, architects, consultants and end users.

Industrial Installations

We have been involved in a wide range of industrial installations including  warehouses, telecom. switchrooms, laboratories, TV studios, factories and theatres.

The work we undertake varies in size and complexity, and our project values vary from a few thousand pounds to over a million pounds.  Methods of procurement to the project also vary, with our Commercial Department’s ability to discuss Design & Build, JCT, Management Contract or any other standard form of contract, whatever is the preferred route of appointment.

Commercial

Our profile of successfully completed commercial and office property is notably high, especially in and around the London area.  Whilst we undertake work anywhere in the British Isles and occasionally in Europe, the high concentration of quality office accommodation in and around London is a readily accessible market for Trilectric.  We have a reputation of offering a competitive service to projects involving fit-out, general modifications or upgrade, and complete refurbishment.

Our Engineers understand the importance of working to programme in the construction process, often delivering high-quality installations to tight deadlines.  This encourages us to believe that the Fast Track Fit Out is an area where we have developed specialist recognition.

Retail

As an electrical contractor to retail organisations, Trilectric has provided design, build and installation services for many different types of retail outlets, ranging from high street shop refits to the handling of major fit-outs of superstore and airline terminals.Our experience of dealing with Fast Track programmes assists in the development of construction schedules to meet the clients’ standards of build quality while minimising operational downtime.  Our Management Team co-ordinate multi-unit projects and offer a professional experienced service in design procurement, construction and control.

Design and Build

The Design and Build package allows us to offer a highly professional and competitive service which we can undertake with either full control of the conceptual design or in close collaboration with architectural or other consultants.

The considerable experience obtained in constructing and maintaining electrical systems gives our Engineers a unique platform from which they can apply their technical expertise in developing and building installation designs.  This, coupled with an appreciation of the financial constraints, which often apply to building projects, adds up to a cost-effective and dynamic service, which is brought to life by presentation of design concepts using our CAD facility.

Maintenance

Through our Special Works Division we are able to offer a competent engineering support facility backed up by the solid support of Trilectric’s mainsteam engineering systems.  In addition to our reactive call-outs, we can provide planned and preventative maintenance programmes to protect vital systems within the building.

Our qualified Engineers are experienced in dealing with the compliance requirements of fire alarms, emergency lighting, portable appliance testing and periodic inspection and testing.  We provide a professional service in producing surveys and reports on new buildings and our membership to the NICEIC means that the work covered by our Completion and Test Certificates is monitored by the industry’s overseeing body to ensure that it complies with nationally set standards.
